Kforce is seeking multiple HOA Account Servicing Specialists for an onsite contract position in Santa Ana, CA. Must Have

Kforce client is seeking Multiple HOA Account Servicing Specialists. Positions are onsite in Santa Ana, CA. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8 - 5. Responsibilities:
- Verify Customer Information Profile (CIP)/Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Review all documentation for accuracy and quality
- Open Checking, Money Market, and Certificate of Deposit accounts
- Input new accounts into the company's core system and submit complete packages for callback review
- Verify signature cards and other documents
- Perform Account Closures
- Communicate regularly with HOA Senior Account Servicing Specialists, HOA Account Servicing Analysts and Team Lead to ensure consistency/quality of processes
- Collaborate with business partners, including Relationship Managers and Regional Account Executives regarding their assigned clients if RM intervention is required
- Perform various types of maintenance including but not limited to, Change of Address, Name Changes, account type changes, and all other Customer and account level changes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Follows policies and procedures; Completes tasks correctly and on time; Supports the company's goals and values
Requirements
- Teller or deposit operations experience encouraged to apply
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in HOA Account Servicing

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
